What’s the difference between an Online Escape Game and an Escape Room?
An on-site escape room happens in a real room — with physical sets, props, and the feeling of stepping into a movie scene.
An online escape game is played in your browser: you solve puzzles together on your devices, follow a continuous story, and can even play from different locations (staying connected via call/video chat).
Are escape rooms suitable for school groups?
Yes — especially as an educational experience. Our kids escape games build teamwork, communication, and creative problem solving. Teams learn to share ideas, take responsibility, and support each other — ideal for school classes, project weeks, and curious families.
What’s the ideal team size?
Typical teams are 2 to 7 players (depending on the room). For larger groups (classes/clubs), you can split into multiple missions so it stays playable and fair for everyone.
How long does it take?
Usually 60 minutes of game time. Including briefing and wrap-up, plan for about 75–90 minutes total.
Do we need an app or special equipment?
Not on site. For online escape games, a standard browser is enough — no app, no installation.
Which locations are available?
You can play in Hamburg, Leipzig, Braunschweig, and Magdeburg. VR escape rooms are currently available in Magdeburg only.
